Currently the only way to get lowering springs in the states
is special order through authorized dealers. Tein
makes the Tein S-Tech and H-Tech lowering springs. The S-Tech provide about a 2.2" drop while
the H-Tech's provide about a 1.5" drop.

Trust sells down springs as
well called the Dow Max.
Like Tein with their S and H-Tech springs. Trust sells town and low down
springs.
the town springs lower the car by 15-20mm (~.5-.75 inches) while the low
down springs lower the car by 45-50mm (~1.75-2 inches).
These are a bit more pricey compared to the 2 mentioned before.
