The 90-97 Accord Strut bar will fit however I found that the wiring harness on the passengers side does get in the way of the bar. There is enough play in the wiring to move the whole thing to the side however.

For those of you who have the stock airbox in there you will probably have to remove it to access this. I have a short ram and it was still in the way but not enough so that I felt I had to remove it to work in this area.
After you have removed the airbox disconnect the bottom harness from the metal bracket attached to the passenger side strut tower. Underneath is the bolt that holds the bracket to the tower it's a 10mm bolt. Remove the bolt and free the bracket. Take two pliers and bend the bracket so that it tilts about 30 degrees forward toward the front of the van.

Install your strut bar now it's easier if you do it now rather then reinstalling the bracket first.

Place the bracket back in place, bolt it back in and reconnect the bottom wiring harness to the bracket.
